Another 7 mile walk

Its nice to just go walk and enjoy it, I planned on walking allot for a while to really strengthen my knees and feet, and to lose more weight before I start pounding on em. I have had shin splits and my right knee is not so good so I am attempting to ease into the jogging slowly.

  1. That's a very solid start. It's smart to begin easy. Also consider seeing a doctor about your knee before you get too far, they may have advice.
