Another 7 mile walk

Its nice to just go walk and enjoy it, I planned on walking allot for a while to really strengthen my knees and feet, and to lose more weight before I start pounding on em. I have had shin splits and my right knee is not so good so I am attempting to ease into the jogging slowly.

Its been a while...

Its been a while, but I'm back on it. Current weight is 278lbs which makes a total weight loss of 37lbs since July 2010. I have been really focusing on my diet and eating habits in the last month. Started living a Paleo-ish lifestyle and its really starting to pay off. I signed up for the Baltimore Half Marathon on Oct 15 so the training started today. Went for the first jog in solid 5 years and it wasn't pretty but nothing ever starts easy.
